Results of 2017 Competition
The Minister for Education and Skills, Richard Bruton T.D. today announced a review of career guidance in post-primary schools, further education and training centres and higher education institutions.
NCGE / Euroguidance Ireland host regular study visits with the aim of supporting the sharing of best practice in guidance among guidance practitioners and other relevant professionals.
At the end of November participants from 7 other European countries took part in a study viist hosted by NCGE / Euroguidance Ireland

The draw to select the winners of the Euroguidance Ireland Facebook Competition was completed in October. There were 3 prizes - an Ipad and two luggage cases. Entrants had to complete a contest on the @euroguidanceireland Facebook Page. A large number of entries were received, thank you to all entrants. The lucky winners were Stuart Harford, Muriel McCauley and Pierce Parker. Stuart is pictured across receiving his prize from NCGE Director, Jennifer Mc Kenzie.
Eurydice publishes National Student Fee and Support Systems in European Higher Education – 2017/18
To celebrate the European Day of Languages on 26 September 2017, NCGE/ Euroguidance and Léargas are holding a competition to encourage learners and teachers to engage with languages in different ways.
