De p\u00e5pekade att kontextk\u00e4nslig karri\u00e4rr\u00e5dgivning st\u00e4ndigt m\u00e5ste uppm\u00e4rksammas inte bara med avseende p\u00e5 klientens kulturella sammanhang utan \u00e4ven med avseende p\u00e5 r\u00e5dgivarna (ibid.). De f\u00f6reslog att modellen skulle utvidgas till att omfatta metakognitiva processer f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa v\u00e4gledningsr\u00e5dgivare n\u00e4r de arbetar med kunder med olika bakgrund. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Forskningsm\u00e5len var att unders\u00f6ka det arbete som utf\u00f6rs av yrkesv\u00e4gledare som arbetar i Finland och Irland, s\u00e4rskilt de som arbetar med klienter med invandrarbakgrund. Projektet fokuserade p\u00e5 att utveckla en f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r vilket karri\u00e4rst\u00f6d som beh\u00f6ver finnas p\u00e5 plats f\u00f6r att underl\u00e4tta en varaktig och positiv \u00f6verg\u00e5ng f\u00f6r missgynnade ungdomar. I detta sammanhang definierades nackdel som att vara p\u00e5 gratis skolm\u00e5ltider (FSM). \u00d6ver 90% av eleverna, uppn\u00e5tt en varaktig destination och uttryckte tillfredsst\u00e4llelse med sina post-16 val. Denna reflektion markerade b\u00f6rjan p\u00e5 Annas forskningsintresse och det avhandlingsprojekt hon f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande genomf\u00f6r, som fokuserar p\u00e5 ungdomars karri\u00e4rinl\u00e4rning och deras tillg\u00e5ng till karri\u00e4rinformation i olika sociala utrymmen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I detta webbseminarium kommer Anna att dela med sig av n\u00e5gra prelimin\u00e4ra resultat fr\u00e5n en av de delstudier som ing\u00e5r i avhandlingen. Detta arbete best\u00e5r av tre studier som var och en bidrar till f\u00f6rst\u00e5elsen av den karri\u00e4rrelaterade os\u00e4kerheten bland universitetsstudenter och erbjuder insikter som ocks\u00e5 kan vara avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r karri\u00e4rr\u00e5dgivare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Den f\u00f6rsta studien unders\u00f6ker sociala representationer av karri\u00e4rplanering och identifierar sex distinkta ramar, med en fokuserad specifikt p\u00e5 os\u00e4kerhet (Itkonen &amp; Kosonen, 2024). Dessa olika representationer formar elevernas tankar, beteenden och \u00e5tg\u00e4rder i karri\u00e4rplaneringen och kan vara avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r karri\u00e4rr\u00e5dgivare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I den andra studien unders\u00f6ks samspelet mellan elevernas bakgrundsfaktorer, tydligheten i framtidsplanerna och karri\u00e4ranpassningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5gan n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra de utexaminerades anst\u00e4llbarhet. Vi inramade v\u00e5r forskning med f\u00f6rst\u00e5elsen att karri\u00e4ranpassningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga \u00e5terspeglar varierande os\u00e4kerhetsniv\u00e5er, d\u00e4r l\u00e4gre niv\u00e5er indikerar minskad framtida orientering, planering, risktagande, probleml\u00f6sning och proaktivitet, tillsammans med \u00f6kad obeslutsamhet. Hierarkisk regressionsanalys avsl\u00f6jade \u00e5lder och inskrivning i professionella program som signifikanta positiva faktorer som p\u00e5verkar anst\u00e4llbarhetskapital. Tydliga framtidsplaner och h\u00f6gre po\u00e4ng i karri\u00e4ranpassningsdimensionerna har dessutom en positiv inverkan p\u00e5 anst\u00e4llbarheten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Den tredje studien behandlar hur universitetsstuderande beskriver och f\u00f6rst\u00e5r sin karri\u00e4rrelaterade os\u00e4kerhet.
