Erasmus+ opportunities

Erasmus+ provides opportunities for staff across the entire spectrum of educational provision to avail of training and/or placement in another European member state.
 
Pre-School to Post-Primary Level
 
Erasmus+ provides funding for schools from pre-school to post-primary level to send staff members (including teaching and non-teaching staff) on a teaching assignment or dedicated period of training in another participating country.
Léargas is the national agency with responsibility for the distribution of Erasmus+ funding in this sector.
 
 
Erasmus+ also provides funding for strategic projects which facilitate cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices

Erasmus+ opportunities for Further Education and Training Staff
 
Erasmus+ provides opportunities for staff involved in both vocational education and adult education to partake in a period of learning mobility. Staff may participate in a training placement, teach or participate in a strategic partnership that allows for the exchange of good practices.
